As the founder of Downie Valuation Services, I started the company with the goal to provide incredible service to any and all. My goal has always been to provide a quality appraisal report with a reasonable turn around. I pride myself on always being available for my clients. I have been in the appraisal industry for the last 19 years. 14 years in the field and 5 years in quality control for an appraisal management company. I pride myself on being able to handle the most difficult of assignments but when given the opportunity, there is nothing I enjoy more than catching a Giants game with my boys.

Although being a husband and father are my greatest achievements, as a Realtor, Broker, Appraiser, and Investor, I'm very proud to know I’ve helped literally thousands of people obtain and maintain their dream of home ownership over the past 25+ years. I'm also very proud to have helped dozens of children and families through coaching baeball, basketball, and golf, being a Cub Scout Den Leader and Cubmaster, and through charitable efforts with organizations such as Rotary International and Central Valley Professional Exchange. I’m also very fortunate to have had the opportunity to build and invest in nearly 100 residential and commercial properties.
My passion for real estate and helping others is as strong as ever and though I may now be older and (questionably) wiser, I greet every day with the same excitement and enthusiasm I did as a child and I approach every challenge to serve with the same passion and compassion as I would hope to be served.
Chrissy Geske
I was born in Sacramento and raised in Citrus Heights and El Dorado Hills. I spent 16 years working as a customer service representative for a large corporation. I left the corporate world in 2016 in search of a career with more flexibility for my family. My journey into the appraisal industry started in 2017 when I completed the required appraisal courses and received an Appraiser Trainee Certification. I was lucky enough to find Downie Valuation Services in 2020. I spent most of 2020 and 2021 completing the hours necessary to obtain a Certified Residential Appraiser certification. In November of 2021, I became a Certified Residential Appraiser!
When I am not working, I love to spend time with family and friends. I have 2 amazing children. Most of my spare time goes to driving them to sports and other extra curricular activities. When I do have time for myself, my hobbies include cooking, wine tasting, and traveling.
